Taken from the four-leaf clover pattern is the Four Leaf Towers' symbol. As a central building core like the four-leaf clover grows from a central stem, the square-quadrant plan spreads. The Dean of the School of Architecture at Yale University and very popular architect, Cesar Pelli, was chosen to make this landmark.
Healthy architecture has to grow from the characteristics of the time and architectural design can improve the quality of life, according to what Pelli believes. Glass is one of the characteristics of our time. With Pelli, uses it better, and no one has more experience with it. He took glass and color, symmetry and wove them into two landmark towers.
Among a green landscape, the square 40-story buildings stand, with their colors, which are placed with precision up the sides in silhouette-fashion, interact with the different patterns of sunlight to make a sense of animation.
Yet not delicate, the towers are unusually graceful. Their engineering resistance and strength to lateral movement comes from their symmetry, in fact. The all-glass buildings are not correctly called all-glass, however. The colored glass is backed by solid wall and ceramic-coated just as efficient as brick and marble, in fact. |

Four-Leaf Towers include many privileged amenities that can be enjoyed by residents and owners, such as Recreational Plaza, Private Parks, Safety and Privacy and Underground Parking Garage to name a few.
Recreational Plaza: A sunken recreational plaza that connects to each tower by a series of walkways is located in the northwest corner of the park. A large swimming pool, four lighted tennis courts, a whirlpool, canvas covered cabanas and outdoor cocktail bar are hidden behind rows of poplars, magnolias and cascading vines.
Private Park: In the area, Four Leaf Towers can boast about a unique private park. It is composed of manicured shrubs laced with walkways and Bermuda lawns, with a formal standpoint. The park rises from two feet above the street at its outer boundaries to five feet at the tower bases, supported in part by a 5.5 acre underground parking garage.
Underground Parking Garage: Along with security patrol on duty 24 hours and television monitoring, the underground parking garage has a single entry-exit. With the main lobby, a stairway and shuttle elevator connect the garage only and open in full view of the concierge.
Safety and Privacy: While designing the Four Leaf Towers buildings, both privacy and safety had been kept in mind. Only four residences are found in most floors in the buildings. The sound transmission between rooms has been minimized, which adds to that. To facilitate servicing and reduce noise, the air handlers are floor mounted. Between public areas and residences, there are 15-inch sound-proof walls. Increasing each towers safety is an extensive sprinkler system, smoke detectors, a smoke exhaust system and emergency power generation.
