Briargrove

Briargrove is an older Houston subdivision, located north of Westheimer and south of San Felipe, between Fountain View Drive and S. Voss Road.

Several homes here were built in the late 1950s and there is much newer construction as well. Briargrove is a wonderful, friendly community of some 893 homes.

It offers an active homeowner’s association, clubhouse, subdivision playground and pool. Briargrove Elementary School features a park as well.
